VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT

We expect our manufacturing partners to operate in compliance with applicable laws and recognized international labor standards. Our requirements include:

  • Full access to facilities and relevant documentation for compliance checks.

  • Voluntary employment and compliance with applicable minimum-age requirements.

  • Legal minimum wages, required benefits, and lawful working hours and overtime practices.

  • Safe and healthy working conditions that meet applicable local standards.

  • Fair and respectful treatment of all workers, without unlawful discrimination.

  • Respect for workers' rights to organize and bargain collectively, where protected by applicable law.

We reserve the right to end relationships with suppliers that fail to meet these standards or do not take appropriate corrective action.
