Vendor Code of Conduct

All partner factories must operate in compliance with international labor standards and local laws. We require:

  • Workers must be employed voluntarily and meet legal age requirements.
  • Legal minimum wages, lawful benefits, and voluntary overtime are mandatory.
  • All facilities must meet local health and safety standards.
  • Employment decisions must be free of bias, and all workers treated with dignity.
  • Employees must be free to organize and bargain collectively.

We reserve the right to end relationships with suppliers who fail to meet these standards.
