California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Statement
TACSUPPLYHUB is committed to ethical business practices and respects the rights of all individuals involved in the production and delivery of our goods. In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, we disclose below our efforts to help eliminate slavery and human trafficking from our supply chain.
Supplier Certification
All vendors must sign our Supplier Agreement, which includes a strict prohibition on the use of forced labor, including any form of slavery or human trafficking. Vendors are also required to comply with our Vendor Code of Conduct, which aligns with international labor laws and ethical sourcing standards.
Supply Chain Verification & Evaluation
We require all direct suppliers to complete a detailed Supplier Questionnaire, disclosing all factory locations and labor practices. As part of our onboarding and oversight process, we may conduct on-site visits and request third-party social compliance audits.
Third-Party Audits
Factories producing TACSUPPLYHUB goods are subject to periodic third-party social compliance audits, which may include:
These audits are intended to ensure compliance with our ethical labor policies and identify any risks or violations.
Accountability
We maintain zero tolerance for any form of forced labor or human trafficking. Violations may result in termination of business relationships and additional corrective actions as necessary.
Training & Awareness
Our internal teams stay informed on human rights and supply chain risks through industry training and best practice seminars. We are exploring broader training programs for our sourcing teams to help them recognize and report any concerns observed during factory visits.
